A welcome to country by lovely Darug Elder Kerrie Kenton ; MC extraordinaire Jacquie wallace; Clr Wilson PCC ; MP Hon Julie Owens and Geoff Lee ; and thank you- Founder & president Di Turner . We had over 80 attended opening (really beyond our expectations!) , with great food and music by Judden (a local who does busking occasionally around Parramatta) . Clay throwing demonstrations were a hit with the guests, Glenda and Pauline showed us how its done on the wheel. Turned out to be a productive night for them! Their creations are on display at our pop up shop, when you get the chance please drop in and have a look.

We want to thank everyone for joining us for the opening . And finally thanks to all of you who have bought tickets for our raffle. Classes will be coming soon, so stay tuned!

Here’s some pictures from the night – pictures are by Lindy Lawler (her website: http://lindividual.com/)

Where: Parramatta Riverside Theatre When: 1st of September

It was the first time for the Dreamers Team to organise this event, and they pulled it off with great success. The organisers Joan and Marie (with Monique who was in NYC at the time) made us feel welcome! Thanks girls! Every stall that was there had their own style, and had something different to offer with plenty of variety.

It was a good experience to advertise our shop and being involved in this art and craft Market. We bumped into old friends and made new ones too! Thank you to everyone that had come a long way to see us, we had a great time meeting you all! Cheers!

Thank you to our newest member Renee who came and helped us out, a very talented ceramist!
